I cannot praise the moving crew highly enough - moving with highland the second time within 12 months
We had a short move within North Van. The amount of furniture was limited but Arlene took the time to come any carry out the pre-move survey. She did the survey very professionally and went out of her way to investigate if there were other opportunities regarding dates and potential other small moves within the area to help us out.The team that arrived to move us were nothing short of fantastic. From putting down matting to make sure that they didn't mark the floors to wrapping the furniture they carried out the work quickly and professionally. The new property has an extremely steep driveway but the team that carried out the move, on a very hot day, shifted the furniture effortlessly and rebuilt the large pieces of furniture quickly and with good cheer. I cannot praise the moving team highly enough. The only regret I have is that I did not make a note of their names so am unable to mention them by name.Would we use their services again? DefinitelyWould we recommend their services? Definitely12 months later we have made the same move albeit in the opposite direction ! Having had such a positive experience at our last move I was anticipating a drop off in service. How wrong could I be, this move was even easier. Everything mentioned in my post 12 months ago remains relevant to this move. It was a pleasure working with Arlene and the moving crew.Thanks again Highland for a stress-free move.
