Great experience - moving From Coquitlam to Kingston, ON
Atlas Highland Worldwide was a joy to work with. Starting with Wendi who connected us to Arlene. Arlene went above and beyond with assisting and guiding us with the move. She was able to offer up great ideas and advice on packing, storing, labeling the goods, etc. The onboarders were absolutely amazing. They packaged and moved the goods to the truck with extreme care. The truck driver/supervisor (Blair) went above and beyond to ensure all packages were carefully stowed on board to ensure no movement and no damage. The off boarders were equally amazing. There was one small issue with how the tv was brought into the house. It was placed on the handcart in a vertical position, the TV (while in the box) was placed down roughly on the ceramic tile floor. We feel confident that Atlas Highland will be honorable and reimburse the cost of the TV. Other than this one smalI incident, which was an accident, I can say without hesitation, Atlas Highland is the moving company to go with. Thank you Atlas Highland and your team for such a great job.

How can we describe a perfect move other than to say WOW !!!
Everything from communication to punctual to the estimate was perfect for our whole experience with Highland moving a big thank you for everyone who came to our home gave us a very good estimate and accurate. Schedules were perfect. Delivery was great presented product to us ,We told them where to put it and they put it where we needed, some boxes had to be moved as we needed in different areas. Furniture was placed where we wanted and then moved to where it was better situated.
I can’t say enough about our great experience with these guys friendly punctual, cleaned up after themselves, the most relaxing move ever done thank you .

How can we describe a perfect move other than to say WOW !!!

Fabulous service - moving from downtown Vancouver to Newfoundland
Highland Worldwide based out of Delta BC were a fabulous company to work with. They are a subsidiary of Atlas van lines, they beat all the local quotes for reputable moving services, provided excellent guidance and understanding, and I felt that they worked hard to keep things as affordable as possible while staying within their own business policies. Arlene is who I dealt with directly, and she was only too happy to walk my wife and I through the process of packing up and moving our lives from downtown vancouver all the way to Newfoundland.

Wonderful Moving company - moving from Ladner to Sanford, Manitoba
Excellent service through the entire move. My 78 year old mother was very overwhelmed by the move but says the team was fantastic. Handled all of her belongings with care and packed her things very well. Kind, professional service. She keeps telling me using Highland was the best decision we made.

Great support, perfect move - Surrey to Calgary
We used Highland Van & Storage moving from Surrey BC to Calgary AB. Arlene is the person I contacted with. She is very responsible and friendly, and always tried her best to answer my lots of moving questions. The moving crews are very fast. They only spent around 4 hours to move all our stuff (4 bedrooms) on the van, and my piano is perfectly moved to Calgary too. Thank you again, Arlene and all the moving staff!

She is very responsible and friendly, and always tried her best to answer my lots of moving questions. The moving crews are very fast. They only spent around 4 hours to move all our stuff (4 bedrooms) on the van, and my piano is perfectly moved to Calgary too. Thank you again, Arlene and all the moving staff!

Overall wasn’t bad. The movers had to work around the plumber who was still installing appliances. They ended up stacking boxes where they could but left a number of heavy boxes on top which I then had to struggle to move.It took me a few days to find the box that had my work computer in. Finally found the garage on its side, luckily no damage. The crew were nice and even though the TV box requested was not provided on the load I was charged a bit for it being wrapped and then rewrapped at the shop. Overall all was good service and nothing was damaged.

I used this company to move my mother-in-law from BC, Canada to Folsom, CA. They did an excellent job from start to finish. Communication by email and phone was great. Cost was reasonable. We had several pieces of large furniture and a dozen large boxes. Everything arrived within 2 weeks of them taking delivery in Canada of the items that needed to be moved. They packed everything carefully. All the large pieces were wrapped in moving blankets. The delicate and fragile pieces were well packed in moving boxes that they provided. On arrival, all the pieces were unloaded, unwrapped and placed exactly where we wanted them to be. The couches and display cabinets were moved to the second floor with ease. I could not be more pleased. Will definitely recommend them and will use them again if the need arises in the future.

Smooth move from Kamloops to Saanich
We chose this moving company because of its A+ rating with the BC Better Business Bureau. The long distance part of our move from our city to a storage warehouse on the island went very smoothly. The movers were very professional and wrapped our furniture well to protect it. They inventoried all the pieces and boxes. Although the cost was higher than we expected, the other estimates we got from other companies were about the same. If the final move from storage to our home goes this well, we would definitely recommend them highly.

I would never move with any other moving company than Highland - Pitt Meadows to Prince George
I have used Highland Van and Storage twice and I would never use anyone else. The recent move was from Pitt Meadows to Prince George and despite all the challenges with timing (moving just before Christmas) and a broken highway system they got my belonging to PG safe and sound and on time. When my flight was delayed, I asked Jorgen, the driver, if they could possibly deliver my belongings without me there. They did. And they did a great job. My bed was set up, the boxes were organized in every room. Jorgen shot me a text to let me know everything was good and to wish me luck on my flight. Pretty awesome. Nice people and great service. When it came to unpacking all my boxes were labeled clearly so I knew what was where and not one item was broken or missing. I highly recommend letting them pack for you. Arlene will coordinate your move and work with you to ensure everything goes smoothly. I wouldn't use anyone else.

I could not be happier with the service - moving from Richmond, BC to Kelowna
Could not have been happier with Highland from the professional estimating process completed by Arlene Kenny to the follow-up questions and details including the ease of picking up packing boxes at MY convenience from Christine and Anna in the Company's warehouse/offices. The women who aided in the packing were courteous, efficient, creative and skilled. The staff available during the unloading were likewise great to work with. One wine glass was broken and the base of a wall unit was slightly damaged but everything else survived the move from Richmond to Kelowna without a mark. The move was further complicated by having to be handled four times as Highland looked after storing the contents of half a 53 foot trailer for three weeks while my new house was being painted and renovated. The quote was slightly on the high side (by 400 pounds); the three other quotes were similarly priced except pegged at 1600 pounds below the actual weight which means that with any of the others I would have paid significantly extra on delivery. I could not be happier with the service, attitude and professionalism received from Highland - I would recommend them to ANYONE seeking moving assistance.

Could not have been happier with Highland from the professional estimating process completed by Arlene Kenny to the follow-up questions and details including the ease of picking up packing boxes at MY convenience from Christine and Anna in the Company's warehouse/offices. The women who aided in the packing were courteous, efficient, creative and skilled. The staff available during the unloading were likewise great to work with. One wine glass was broken and the base of a wall unit was slightly damaged but everything else survived the move from Richmond to Kelowna without a mark. The move was further complicated by having to be handled four times as Highland looked after storing the contents of half a 53 foot trailer for three weeks while my new house was being painted and renovated. The quote was slightly on the high side (by 400 pounds); the three other quotes were similarly priced except pegged at 1600 pounds below the actual weight which means that with any of the others I would have paid significantly extra on delivery. I could not be happier with the service, attitude and professionalism received from Highland - I would recommend them to ANYONE seeking moving assistance.

Outstanding moving service - Move from Langley, BC to Tobiano
My wife and I moved from Langley, BC to Tobiano, BC in November 2021, and found Highland Worldwide to be extremely competitive with their moving quote and they gave us excellent service. Our moving representative Arlene was amazing with her professionalism and service level. All the moving associates handled our belongings with the utmost care during our move out in Langley and eventually the move into our new home in Tobiano. Our moving process took three month from the time Highland Worldwide picked up and delivered our belongings because of a flood in our new home prior to us moving in. Arlene and Highland Worldwide were very understanding and helped us through our ordeal making sure our belongings were looked after until we were able to receive everything. Arlene from Highland / Summit Moving & Storage made what is a very stressful time into a great and easy experience for my husband and myself . She was there to answer any problems and questions any time of the day. The packers Terri and Sarah were just awesome! They really took care of things as they packed. It was very reassuring. They delivered to our new homes 400 kms only two days later and were polite and efficient. We had minor damage to one piece of furniture and Highland addressed that in a timely and fair manner. A perfect move. We had new furniture in the Lay Z Boy warehouse, and you picked it up and added it to our main shipment. The moving crew arrived on time, and we didn't even have to let them into the apartment building. They met the building manager and had the elevator on manual, before they knocked on our door.
At our delivery location, the driver called the day before, confirming he had arrived and was delivering the next day, exactly as promised. He and his local helper were efficient and very courteous. At the end of the work they felt like old friends. We have some furniture back ordered, and we are looking forward to seeing the driver again in the summer when they include it on another trip to Calgary.

What a great idea. Our crew was rested and performed so well for the move in. They wouldn’t leave until everything was where it needed to be and two issues were resolved. Full pack by Highland loading at Burnaby in late January -- full unpack by Atlas Agent King's Transfer unloading at Winnipeg in early February -- full Atlas Insurance -- some damage (nothing out of line given that this was a 2,200 KM wintertime move through the mountains and across the prairie provinces) -- in the end all items were either fixed or paid out for replacement -- very courteous people to deal with, from the estimation stage through to claims resolution. Grateful for the excellent service -- Moving from Vancouver to Courtnay, BC
I recently moved from Vancouver to Courtenay, B.C.. Of the three companies I interviewed, Highland was the only one that provided me with an visit from an agent (Arlene) to determine weight and discuss details. She provided me with a useful information package for moving (from Atlas) and gave a a formal quote for their services, promising to come in within 10% of the quote depending on actual weight. They did. However, Arlene couldn't give me a next day delivery as I had only a 1 bedroom apt. which would not fill the truck and crossing to Vancouver Island on the ferry is costly. She did phone two days before the move out to say that my belongings would be delivered Feb. 1st (six days later). It did arrive on time. The move out in Vancouver was seamless with Mike singing and whistling his way through the 4 hour load up as he recorded inventory. He managed his team (Ron and Brandon) with professionalism and kept an upbeat positive mood. The delivery was done by Dowell's in Victoria who called the day before to confirm the time. They were right on time with Matt and Cord doing an excellent job of allowing me to check the inventory and placing the boxes in the right location. Only one floor lamp was damaged and needed to be thrown out. Otherwise, everything arrived in great condition. Thank you Highland (and Dowell's). I believe both work under the umbrella of Atlas Moving. And thank you Arlene for your patience and professional service, answering all my questions promptly and honestly.

She did phone two days before the move out to say that my belongings would be delivered Feb. 1st (six days later). It did arrive on time. The move out in Vancouver was seamless with Mike singing and whistling his way through the 4 hour load up as he recorded inventory. He managed his team (Ron and Brandon) with professionalism and kept an upbeat positive mood. The delivery was done by Dowell's in Victoria who called the day before to confirm the time. They were right on time with Matt and Cord doing an excellent job of allowing me to check the inventory and placing the boxes in the right location. Only one floor lamp was damaged and needed to be thrown out. Otherwise, everything arrived in great condition. Thank you Highland (and Dowell's). I believe both work under the umbrella of Atlas Moving. And thank you Arlene for your patience and professional service, answering all my questions promptly and honestly.
