Best Moving Experience - Moving from Coquitlam to Burnaby
We had the most fantastic moving experience with Highland Van & Storage. The estimate was almost bang on and the team of movers were exceptional. Quick, professional and friendly. We have moved several times throughout the lower mainland and this experience was the best we have ever have. We would never use anyone else again. Would highly recommend!

Excellent, well-managed moving company
The team at Highland were efficient and knowledgeable. They were not the lowest quote but they delivered what they promised for the price quoted even with issue that arose. All of the staff we dealt with were wonderful. Highly recommend them.

Terrific Moving Company - Highland storage to Red Deer
We had a wonderful experience with Highland Worldwide. They were professional and so helpful from start to finish. The people who packed our items into the truck for storage were very helpful and full of great advice for us. The guys who delivered our stored items to our new home were terrific as well. Wonderful experience - Moving from New West to Surrey
Their crew just moved Mom from New West to Surrey and it went soooo well! The packers did a phenomenal job and then the movers capped it off by being respectful, quick, efficient which made for an overall great experience. The whole move went well because of Highland!!!

Smooth Sailing in Our Large Office Move - Pitt Meadows to Langley
We recently used Highland to handle an office move of equipment and furniture from a company we acquired. We did not have time to properly inventory and assess everything and needed Highland to move it over to our existing offices as-is, protecting sensitive and expensive equipment.
Arlene was fantastic to work with, came on site and answered all our questions, and assured us they could manage everything; including the disassembly and reassembly of office cubicles.
Everything went as planned, on the agreed dates and timelines, and within the budget of the quote. The office cubicles we needed reassembled were done by a subcontractor I believe, but Highland took care of everything on their end. The movers themselves were professional, quick, and thorough.
Very happy with our experience. We needed easy, and they made it easy.

Great experience - moving From Coquitlam to Kingston, ON
Atlas Highland Worldwide was a joy to work with. Starting with Wendi who connected us to Arlene. Arlene went above and beyond with assisting and guiding us with the move. She was able to offer up great ideas and advice on packing, storing, labeling the goods, etc. The onboarders were absolutely amazing. They packaged and moved the goods to the truck with extreme care. The truck driver/supervisor (Blair) went above and beyond to ensure all packages were carefully stowed on board to ensure no movement and no damage. The off boarders were equally amazing. There was one small issue with how the tv was brought into the house. It was placed on the handcart in a vertical position, the TV (while in the box) was placed down roughly on the ceramic tile floor. We feel confident that Atlas Highland will be honorable and reimburse the cost of the TV. Other than this one smalI incident, which was an accident, I can say without hesitation, Atlas Highland is the moving company to go with. Thank you Atlas Highland and your team for such a great job.

Any company who has a front person who has their own fan club does not disappoint. Neither Arlene who came in and gave us an estimate after seeing what we had to move nor the team that followed her on moving day did either. All thoroughly professionals from start to finish and you made it so much easier on us as well as it is hard to move from one location after 10 years and getting to know your great neighbors. In this world you get what you pay for and if you want ease of mind that your valued possessions will arrive at your new place the same way they left your old place, as wrestler LA Knight would say "Let me talk to you, Yeah" give Arlene and the group at Highland a call. You will be glad you did.

I cannot praise the moving crew highly enough - moving with highland the second time within 12 months
We had a short move within North Van. The amount of furniture was limited but Arlene took the time to come any carry out the pre-move survey. She did the survey very professionally and went out of her way to investigate if there were other opportunities regarding dates and potential other small moves within the area to help us out.The team that arrived to move us were nothing short of fantastic. From putting down matting to make sure that they didn't mark the floors to wrapping the furniture they carried out the work quickly and professionally. The new property has an extremely steep driveway but the team that carried out the move, on a very hot day, shifted the furniture effortlessly and rebuilt the large pieces of furniture quickly and with good cheer. I cannot praise the moving team highly enough. The only regret I have is that I did not make a note of their names so am unable to mention them by name.Would we use their services again? DefinitelyWould we recommend their services? Definitely12 months later we have made the same move albeit in the opposite direction ! Having had such a positive experience at our last move I was anticipating a drop off in service. How wrong could I be, this move was even easier. Everything mentioned in my post 12 months ago remains relevant to this move. It was a pleasure working with Arlene and the moving crew.Thanks again Highland for a stress-free move.

We had a short move within North Van. The amount of furniture was limited but Arlene took the time to come any carry out the pre-move survey. Schedules were perfect. Delivery was great presented product to us ,We told them where to put it and they put it where we needed, some boxes had to be moved as we needed in different areas. Furniture was placed where we wanted and then moved to where it was better situated.
I can’t say enough about our great experience with these guys friendly punctual, cleaned up after themselves, the most relaxing move ever done thank you .

Everything from communication to punctual to the estimate was perfect for our whole experience with Highland moving a big thank you for everyone who came to our home gave us a very good estimate and accurate. Very Professional, Hard-working Movers - North Delta to Chilliwack
I had Highland move my family from North delta to Chilliwack. Showed up on time and ready to work. all 3 guys, (sorry I only remember Norms name ) were extremely professional and hard working. These guys put in a 14 hour day going steady only resting on the drive out. Whole experience was excellent from booking to finish. Not one single thing was damaged. I’d highly recommend.

We were in a situation of having to pack and store our belongings while we secured a new home due to a devastating apartment fire 12 days before Christmas. This was incredibly stressful but in our first meeting with Arlene, we felt her empathy with our situation and we felt we would be taken care of. We had a short move within North Van. The amount of furniture was limited but Arlene took the time to come and carry out the pre-move survey. She did the survey very professionally and went out of her way to investigate if there were other opportunities regarding dates and potential other small moves within the area to help us out. The team that arrived to move us were nothing short of fantastic. From putting down matting to make sure that they didn't mark the floors to wrapping the furniture they carried out the work quickly and professionally. The new property has an extremely steep driveway but the team that carried out the move, on a very hot day, shifted the furniture effortlessly and rebuilt the large pieces of furniture quickly and with good cheer. Great support, perfect move - Surrey to Calgary
We used Highland Van & Storage moving from Surrey BC to Calgary AB. Arlene is the person I contacted with. She is very responsible and friendly, and always tried her best to answer my lots of moving questions. The moving crews are very fast. We used Highland Worldwide for our small move of 8 boxes with personal items to The Netherlands. From the beginning, Karen has been a great and caring personal move manager who clearly and patiently explained every step of the way and tempered the stress of an international move. In the process, she was extremely helpful and creative thinking along with our predicaments and hiccups of the global Covid19-pandemic. Karen remained our primary contact until the last step of delivery, closely monitoring the shipping and handling by different partners in multiple ports. I couldn't have wished for a better service!

The best move of my life - Moving from Surrey to Vancouver Island
We recently had Highland move us from Surrey to Vancouver Island. Right from the start with the estimator Arlene, the Staff were all professionals. The foreman/driver Mike and his loading crew were excellent and packaged everything with care and left a tidy house when all loaded. Mike and the unloading crew were also great and made short work of delivering all the boxes to their locations and setting up the major furniture. This was the best move I have had and would highly recommend Highland Moving.

We recently had Highland move us from Surrey to Vancouver Island. Right from the start with the estimator Arlene, the Staff were all professionals. Good service - moving from Abbotsford to Vernon
Overall wasn’t bad. The movers had to work around the plumber who was still installing appliances. They ended up stacking boxes where they could but left a number of heavy boxes on top which I then had to struggle to move.It took me a few days to find the box that had my work computer in. Finally found the garage on its side, luckily no damage. The crew were nice and even though the TV box requested was not provided on the load I was charged a bit for it being wrapped and then rewrapped at the shop. Overall all was good service and nothing was damaged.

Phenomenal Overseas Moving Service - Vancouver to Australia
Wow. So we are looking at companies to help us move overseas. I’ve been dealing with Karen and Z and this team is beyond awesome. Highly professional, friendly, courteous, responsive and competitive as well. I’ve canvassed all the FIDI and major shippers and in my opinion, Worldwide is right up there. I’ve already recommended them to friends on a moving group. Anyway just phenomenal and recommended without reservation.
Note there are currently shipping delays in regions such as Australasia so make sure you deal with a good company.

Wow. So we are looking at companies to help us move overseas. I’ve been dealing with Karen and Z and this team is beyond awesome. I used this company to move my mother-in-law from BC, Canada to Folsom, CA. They did an excellent job from start to finish. Communication by email and phone was great. Cost was reasonable. We had several pieces of large furniture and a dozen large boxes. Everything arrived within 2 weeks of them taking delivery in Canada of the items that needed to be moved. They packed everything carefully. All the large pieces were wrapped in moving blankets. The delicate and fragile pieces were well packed in moving boxes that they provided. On arrival, all the pieces were unloaded, unwrapped and placed exactly where we wanted them to be. The couches and display cabinets were moved to the second floor with ease. I could not be more pleased. Will definitely recommend them and will use them again if the need arises in the future.

Level of service beyond expectations - moving from Storage to Abbotsford home
I had used Highland a couple times for projects at work.
We were in a situation where we sold our home and in the process of looking for another. Highland scheduled our move 5 weeks in advance and arrived at exactly the time they said they would be there. The crew was polite, courteous and professional. They took care of our belongings. It made us feel comfortable with the thought they would be storing our contents for a period of time.
There was a little hick up in the scheduling of the move back, we had a morning appointment but they did not arrive until the afternoon. I must say the crew they sent was absolutely amazing. (Two young men and a young lady whose names have slipped my memory) I thought they would have a hard time providing the level of service we received during the move out, was I wrong! Their level of service greatly surpassed our expectations. They emptied the truck within a few hours, put everything in the locations they belonged to, they set up our furniture beds , tables, desks etc. They totally made up for the scheduling mishap. These 3 members of your staff truly made our experience great. They went above and beyond. I would recommend Highland to anyone considering using a moving and storage company. I would certainly use them again.

I would never move with any other moving company than Highland - Pitt Meadows to Prince George
I have used Highland Van and Storage twice and I would never use anyone else. The recent move was from Pitt Meadows to Prince George and despite all the challenges with timing (moving just before Christmas) and a broken highway system they got my belonging to PG safe and sound and on time. When my flight was delayed, I asked Jorgen, the driver, if they could possibly deliver my belongings without me there. They did. And they did a great job. My bed was set up, the boxes were organized in every room. Jorgen shot me a text to let me know everything was good and to wish me luck on my flight. Pretty awesome. Nice people and great service. When it came to unpacking all my boxes were labeled clearly so I knew what was where and not one item was broken or missing. I highly recommend letting them pack for you. Arlene will coordinate your move and work with you to ensure everything goes smoothly. I wouldn't use anyone else.

I could not be happier with the service - moving from Richmond, BC to Kelowna
Could not have been happier with Highland from the professional estimating process completed by Arlene Kenny to the follow-up questions and details including the ease of picking up packing boxes at MY convenience from Christine and Anna in the Company's warehouse/offices. The women who aided in the packing were courteous, efficient, creative and skilled. The staff available during the unloading were likewise great to work with. One wine glass was broken and the base of a wall unit was slightly damaged but everything else survived the move from Richmond to Kelowna without a mark. The move was further complicated by having to be handled four times as Highland looked after storing the contents of half a 53 foot trailer for three weeks while my new house was being painted and renovated. The quote was slightly on the high side (by 400 pounds); the three other quotes were similarly priced except pegged at 1600 pounds below the actual weight which means that with any of the others I would have paid significantly extra on delivery. I could not be happier with the service, attitude and professionalism received from Highland - I would recommend them to ANYONE seeking moving assistance.
