Outstanding service - Moving locally, in Vancouver, BC
I am happy to give a positive review of the moving services Highland Van & Storage provided us. We had a short window for planning our move so I was very happy that Arlene was so responsive. We communicated effectively by email. She quickly provided a quote with a good explanation for the numbers. She noted some particulars of what would happen during the move and also passed on the information and requests that I had provided for the moving team. The team arrived on time and were very organized, efficient, and pleasant. Thank you Jordie, Anthony, Kevin, and Rodrigo. Although there was a minor chip on a wooden piece of furniture, our claim was handled quickly and the furniture restorer made it as good as new. In all, I liked the atmosphere of this company and how they really seemed like a team that were working together. We have moved in-city 4 times in 15 years and Highland Van & Storage has been the best!
