Thank you to Highland Movers
We hired Highland in order to help in the movement and packing of our goods. My wife has a brain tumour and I am struggling with my own cognitive neurological disorders and the services provided by Sam and Terry (packers) and Sarah, Troy, and Kevin (movers) gave my wife and I an opportunity to rest our heads during a period that is usually stressful. We never got to joke around with Sam and Terry, but Sarah, Troy, and Kevin were comical and made the day go smooth. It was very well appreciated.

Great customer service and excellent moving crew
Arlene from Summit Moving & Storage made what is a very stressful time into a great and easy experience for my husband and myself . She was there to answer any problems and questions any time of the day. The packers Terri and Sarah were just awesome! They really took care of things as they packed. It was very reassuring. Moving day with Troy, Kevin M , and Kevin K. was also incredible. The care they took on wrapping the furniture was great. They were all friendly and polite . Our belongings are now in storage waiting to be delivered to our place in a few months. Overall, we can’t thank them enough for making this transition for us very easy. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and we would personally request the same people we had to pack and move us whenever we move again .👍🏻🙂

Professional care given in handling boxes and furniture items, super staff, unloading and moving into storage was carried out with the same care as in my home, did not waste any time with the move, even took the time to say hello to my next door neighbor who I got the reference from as they moved her a month before.

Very pleased with the service provided by Highland Moving Vancouver
I’m impressed with the services at Highland moving starting with Arlene who gave the estimate and the ladies at the office who assisted Arlene and Troy who led the Packers and movers. And they were very professional and efficient and the cost was below the estimate of $5000 for the packing and the moving and we will Not hesitate to use Highland packing and moving again!

A very positive experience from my first call to the actual move. The team that came in was very professional and friendly. They maintained social distancing as much as possible. I will keep recommending Highland moving vancouver
This was not our first move with Highland Van & Storage. Arlene Johnston is amazing and pleasant to deal with. Even with Covid, the move went relatively smooth. A little glitch with the piano at my son's house as the approach was very steep and difficult. But it all gone done and no damage, no concerns. Very efficient movers. Thanks team...will continue to recommend you to others.

Top of the scale movers – Moving from Surrey to Abbotsford
We could not have asked for a better experience. From the first phone call to Miranda...and after that with the setting up of everything with Arlene. It was top of the scale. Then, Jordie, Anthony and Kevin!!! All amazing. Polite, considerate they all worked so hard getting everything loaded. And we had stuff! Those men were a joy to deal with. And would you please tell them, not one thing was damaged. All my precious things arrived safe and sound.

Great overall experience
Great moving experience overall. The moving associates and movers were friendly and very helpful. All of our stuff arrived on time and in good condition. A few small items were lost from furniture being taken apart and pieces not being placed in a container, but our driver offered to get the missing pieces for us and put the furniture back together.
No complaints at all. I would definitely consider moving with Highland Moving Vancouver again.

Hello Arlene, just wanted to let you know everything arrived safe & sound.
Want to say too how much the fellows at both ends were amazing!! We so appreciate their efforts for us!! Today Neil Miller was a real “dear”. We asked if he could move 1 piece of furniture from our dining room up the stairs and into our bonus room. He did not hesitate & had it up there lickety-split! It was way too heavy for me to help Nigel. He did not charge us a thing & we really appreciate the little extras!! Thanks for the entire team’s efforts!!!

Professional and courteous moving crew
Shawn and his team did a great job and were professional and courteous. It was a challenging move in due to the logistics of the building and our suite but Ray, one of the local guys was fully prepared for small elevators and lots of stairs so the move went very well on our end.

No hassle, great move
The move was not an easy one due to long hallways and a small elevator they had for transporting furniture, but they did it with good grace. They were careful with everything, but just the same, a glass side panel in a cabinet got broken. I was pleasantly surprised when Robert came to fix it the very next day, and made it look like new and with absolutely no hassle for me. I would recommend this company to anyone as they are experienced, take care, and are mindful of your needs and personal property.

Would not hesitate to recommend Highland Moving
We used Highland back in June 2017 and found them to be excellent from the initial walk through of our home, to the quote and most importantly the pack and move. On top of having the lowest of the 3 quotes we received, they provided great service including free wardrobes for us to use. No problems or damage from the move and the three fellow who actually did the move were highly efficient, polite and hard working. We would not hesitate to recommend Highland.

We have used Highland-Summit on 3 different moves and had our stuff in storage for several months while we looked for our new home. They are by far the best moving company we have used. Their service from start to finish has been exceptional.I would highly recommend their team for your next move. We had different movers on all 3 different moves and everyone of them was personable,professional and took good care of our things as they brought them in.
