Restored My Faith in Moving Companies
After a truly horrendous moving experience with "the other big moving conglomerate" in 2024, I was initially extremely nervous to go with another network/subsidiary mover in 2025, but after working with Arlene, Bob, Hank, and the rest of the excellent crew that handled my move, I have renewed faith in the whole industry. Estimates were spot-on, the household was very carefully packed and unpacked, and there were zero schedule or customs surprises. I consider no claims on the move of a 4-bedroom 3,000 square foot house quite significant, and if the need ever arises, I would absolutely use Highland's services again.
