Outstanding moving service - Move from Langley, BC to Tobiano
My wife and I moved from Langley, BC to Tobiano, BC in November 2021, and found Highland Worldwide to be extremely competitive with their moving quote and they gave us excellent service. Our moving representative Arlene was amazing with her professionalism and service level. All the moving associates handled our belongings with the utmost care during our move out in Langley and eventually the move into our new home in Tobiano. Our moving process took three month from the time Highland Worldwide picked up and delivered our belongings because of a flood in our new home prior to us moving in. Arlene and Highland Worldwide were very understanding and helped us through our ordeal making sure our belongings were looked after until we were able to receive everything. My wife and I would definitely recommend Highland Worldwide and will use them for our next move. Thank you again Arlene!!!

Great Customer Service & Pro Moving Crew - Delta to North Vancouver
We did a complex move with Highland in summer 2021 involving a move to a long-term storage facility plus a move to Highland's short-term storage warehouse and then about six weeks later a move back from Highland's warehouse to our new house. We had quotes from three companies, and while Highland's was not the lowest price, I had more confidence in their estimator Arlene and her quote than I did with the quotes from the other companies. Highland's crews were very professional and did an excellent job for us, especially crew boss Troy. If we move again (please god no!) we will use Highland.

It could not have been done any better - Moving locally, in Langley
The move was very well organized and timed well. They knew we had a small window to have the elevator at the new residence and sent enough people to pack the day before and to have the truck packed to make sure they were ready. All of the floors were covered and the furniture was well protected. The packers and movers were all professional and took a lot of care. The move could not have been smoother.

Extremely happy with the move - Abbotsford to Langley
The packers that came the day before the move began were very quick and thorough. On the first day of the move the crew arrived, friendly and enthusiastic. They were amazingly quick, strong, and capable. I was delighted to welcome the same crew on the second day of loading. They were very helpful and again, got the job done in good time. I am extremely happy with the first half of the move, and will soon be arranging for the second half - the delivery of my things to my new home on the opposite side of the country.

Best moving experience. We moved my parents and Highland came to pack everything up the day before (no stress on my parents for weeks leading up to the move). Then everything was moved out the next day and transferred to the new place. The movers were polite, kind and efficient.

Hugely Impressed by the Impeccable Service - Moving from Vancouver to Italy
Our daughter and son-in-law used Worldwide to ship their belongings to Italy when they decided to return a couple of years ago. So, when my wife and I decided to follow, we packed everything that we could and called on Worldwide to get it to Italy unbroken and undented. The container arrived a few days ago, and was deftly unpacked by a local crew. Not a scratch. Every part of the process done with a friendly professionalism to the highest standards, everything on time. We are, to say the least, hugely impressed by Worldwide so we offer our highest recommendation.

When I first started looking for a moving company to ship some goods to the UK, it didn’t take me long to decide to stick with Highland Worldwide. I discovered their price point was the best, but it was their customer service and attention to details that secured my loyalty. And this isn’t my first go at sending goods internationally, either. Smooth Move & Great Overall Experience - Moving from Delta to Surrey
We want to thank Highland again for organizing our move. Everything went very smoothly, from point of contact to moving into our new home. The move was on time and was efficient. Very pleased with the service - Moving in Maple Ridge
We recently moved and hired Highland Movers to do our local move, it goes without saying that we did our research and got a few quotes on Movers. Arlene visited our place (with COVID Protocols followed of 'course) and gave us the most reasonable quote. She was professional and prompt with her responses.
We moved on the Hottest weekend in July ,which definitely made it challenging for them. Not only that, the 'Kirkland Crew' from there company took the time to pack each of our furniture items neatly taking care of the walls and the floors. We did have 1 bed assembled loosely which they took the time to reassemble. They were also very honest about 1 of our chest of drawers and bed chipping some items but we knew it was old and has finished its lifespan so to say (IKEA). All in we are very pleased with their service and are hoping to use them again when we need to move. Thanks!

Impressed by the professional service - moving from Vancouver to the UK
I used Highland World Wide Services (and Karen Slater, Int’l Relocation Mgr.) for my move from Vancouver to the UK, on the recommendation of a personal friend who had worked in the moving business locally. And I’m glad I did. From the outset Karen was always available to answer my questions and guide me through the whole process. The three packers who boxed up my personal belongings were extremely organized, fast and efficient. On unpacking in the UK I saw how well the packing had been done, and with no trace of any damage.
And if you’re planning an international move during a pandemic - be patient!

We communicated effectively by email. She quickly provided a quote with a good explanation for the numbers. She noted some particulars of what would happen during the move and also passed on the information and requests that I had provided for the moving team. The team arrived on time and were very organized, efficient, and pleasant. Thank you Jordie, Anthony, Kevin, and Rodrigo. Although there was a minor chip on a wooden piece of furniture, our claim was handled quickly and the furniture restorer made it as good as new. In all, I liked the atmosphere of this company and how they really seemed like a team that were working together. We have moved in-city 4 times in 15 years and Highland Van & Storage has been the best!

I am happy to give a positive review of the moving services Highland Van & Storage provided us. We had a short window for planning our move so I was very happy that Arlene was so responsive. We communicated effectively by email. She quickly provided a quote with a good explanation for the numbers. She noted some particulars of what would happen during the move and also passed on the information and requests that I had provided for the moving team. The team arrived on time and were very organized, efficient, and pleasant. Thank you Jordie, Anthony, Kevin, and Rodrigo. Although there was a minor chip on a wooden piece of furniture, our claim was handled quickly and the furniture restorer made it as good as new. Thrilled with the experience - Local move in Maple Ridge
I am so glad that I called Highland Van and storage. We were up against a wall with our move with having only 1 day to move everything. From the get-go, Arlene provided us with a very competitive and reasonable price. On the day of the move, the movers(3) showed up around 0930hrs and started immediately. They had the whole 3400 square foot house contents loaded by 1230hrs and then unloaded in the next place completing around 1430hrs. What a relief for us!!!!! We couldn't believe it. We thought we'd be still moving things ourselves into the night. We were just thrilled with the whole experience from start to finish. Great, easy experience - Moving from Delta to Vernon, BC
Arlene from Highland / Summit Moving & Storage made what is a very stressful time into a great and easy experience for my husband and myself . She was there to answer any problems and questions any time of the day. The packers Terri and Sarah were just awesome! They really took care of things as they packed. It was very reassuring. Moving day with Troy, Kevin M , and Kevin K. was also incredible. The care they took on wrapping the furniture was great. They were all friendly and polite . Our belongings are now in storage waiting to be delivered to our place in a few months. Overall, we can’t thank them enough for making this transition for us very easy. The 3 young gentlemen were fantastic as they even helped us to pack up some of the stuff that was left. They laid down runners in the new home to keep the floors clean. Couldn’t be happier. Guys went above and beyond what I was expecting and worked harder than anyone I’ve ever seen. Have had other “reputable” companies move in the past only to be very disappointed. Pay the bit of extra money for peace of mind.

Great service every step of the way -- moving from Surrey to Calgary
We were very happy with the workers from Surrey and Calgary. They worked quickly and were very polite. I have not noticed any damage to my furnishings. They were very careful with the belongings and homes. I would definitely hire them again. Thank you Bob for over seeing it from Surrey to Calgary.

Thank you to Highland Movers
We hired Highland in order to help in the movement and packing of our goods. My wife has a brain tumour and I am struggling with my own cognitive neurological disorders and the services provided by Sam and Terry (packers) and Sarah, Troy, and Kevin (movers) gave my wife and I an opportunity to rest our heads during a period that is usually stressful. We never got to joke around with Sam and Terry, but Sarah, Troy, and Kevin were comical and made the day go smooth. It was very well appreciated.

Great customer service and excellent moving crew
Arlene from Summit Moving & Storage made what is a very stressful time into a great and easy experience for my husband and myself . She was there to answer any problems and questions any time of the day. The packers Terri and Sarah were just awesome! They really took care of things as they packed. It was very reassuring. Moving day with Troy, Kevin M , and Kevin K. was also incredible. The care they took on wrapping the furniture was great. They were all friendly and polite . Our belongings are now in storage waiting to be delivered to our place in a few months. Overall, we can’t thank them enough for making this transition for us very easy. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and we would personally request the same people we had to pack and move us whenever we move again .👍🏻🙂

Excellent International Movers - Moving from Vancouver to the Netherlands
Out of pure luck, my web search for an international movers company took me to Highland World Wide’s website. After filling out the basic “quote request” form, I was promptly contacted by Karen, who ended up being in charge of my account throughout the whole experience. I should note that my move from Canada to the Netherlands happened in the summer of 2020, at the height of all the Covid restrictions. Karen and her team patiently accommodated all my concerns during the uncertain times and we finally managed to book a date for packing and shipping.
The packing crew were extremely professional as well, and impressed me with their efficiency and diligence. The shipment arrived exactly on time and the rest was handled by the local partners.
Overall, an intercontinental move is a stressful experience (particularly during a pandemic), but working with Highland was the least stress-inducing part of it - thanks to Karen and her team!

Interestingly, half the team were women, which we'd never seen before, and we really enjoyed a fun, professional and enthusiastic atmosphere with them.
We've moved many times, and this is by far the best move all around that we've ever had. This is a family run business where the owners are hands on and truly care about the moving experience for their clients. Arlene was very professional. We had a flood in our home, she came and gave us a quote for move out and storage plus a move from the lower mainland to the Okanagan. Our furniture and belongings were in storage for almost 6 months. Anthony and his team that came to load we’re awesome. They handled our belongings with care. After almost 6 months, Arlene was very prompt at returning our call to get the final move arranged. We were able to have Anthony and one of his team do our move. We are very happy with the services of Highland Van & Storage. The gentlemen who came and packed up both our families were polite and very efficient. They observed 'social distancing'. They delivered to our new homes 400 kms only two days later and were polite and efficient. We had minor damage to one piece of furniture and Highland addressed that in a timely and fair manner. A perfect move. We had new furniture in the Lay Z Boy warehouse, and you picked it up and added it to our main shipment. The moving crew arrived on time, and we didn't even have to let them into the apartment building. They met the building manager and had the elevator on manual, before they knocked on our door.
At our delivery location, the driver called the day before, confirming he had arrived and was delivering the next day, exactly as promised. He and his local helper were efficient and very courteous. At the end of the work they felt like old friends. We have some furniture back ordered, and we are looking forward to seeing the driver again in the summer when they include it on another trip to Calgary.

Great overall experience
Great moving experience overall. The moving associates and movers were friendly and very helpful. All of our stuff arrived on time and in good condition. A few small items were lost from furniture being taken apart and pieces not being placed in a container, but our driver offered to get the missing pieces for us and put the furniture back together.
No complaints at all. I would definitely consider moving with Highland Moving Vancouver again.

Want to say too how much the fellows at both ends were amazing!! We so appreciate their efforts for us!! Today Neil Miller was a real “dear”. We asked if he could move 1 piece of furniture from our dining room up the stairs and into our bonus room. He did not hesitate & had it up there lickety-split! Professional and courteous moving crew
Shawn and his team did a great job and were professional and courteous. It was a challenging move in due to the logistics of the building and our suite but Ray, one of the local guys was fully prepared for small elevators and lots of stairs so the move went very well on our end.
